Thank you, mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, i know members across the house will have been appalled by last night cowardly terrorist attack in new york. Our thoughts are with all those affected and we stand united with the people of new york. Here, here. Mr. Speaker, mims on both sides of the house have been deeply concerned about allegations of the treatment in westminster. My right honorable friend the leader of the house has been meeting with counterparts in hopeful all sides can Work Together quickly to resolve this. I have written to all Party Leaders inviting them to meeting early next week so we can discuss a common transparent independent grievance procedure for all those working in parliament. We have a duty to ensure everyone coming here to contribute to public life is treated with respect. Here, here. Mr. Speaker, this morning i had meetings with ministerial colleagues and others, and in addition to my duties in this house, i shall have further such meetings later today. Dennis skinner. Is the Prime Minister aware theres been some very powerful Research Done on the question of highspeed rail . What it says is that in the suburbs of the south, the first 140 miles, 30 of it has been dedicated to tunneling to avoid knocking houses down . Yet in the north we are now told the percentage is only 2 to the whole of the north. Why . Because hs2 says its too costly to knock the houses down. Will she arrange for a meeting with people from my area and order to avoid another 30 houses being knocked down in newton . And isnt it high time that this government stop treating our people like secondclass citizens . [shouting] can i say to the honorable gentleman im sure department of transport come up should the department of transport will be happy to look into the question he is raised. But, of course, hs2, the reason why were doing hs2, is that it is important to increase the capacity of the Railway Lines going through the north texas will be an important contribution to the United Kingdom economy and i can assure him if he looks at everything that this government has done with the northern powerhouse, the midlands engine [shouting] the significant investment across and for structure across all parts of the country, this s is a government that wants to ensure that this is a country that works for everyone. I want to join the Prime Minister and add my thoughts along with others or with new yorkers. The shocking scene new york brought back all four members of terrorist attacks here, and as we degrade added space it will export its difficult ideology. Will my right honorable friend urge our International Partners to join with us in delivering the recent u. N. Resolution to investigate and prosecute daesh terrorists who can hold them to account for their vile crimes . My honorable friend raises a very important point, and it is important we ensure that we have a complete response to this issue that does involve dealing with the problem but also deals involved in faulty with terrorism wherever it occurs. But our message is very clear that our values will prevail, at the terrorist will not win. But as we do this we do need to ensure that we work as she said with International Partners. We want to try to make sure that there is in syria and iraq, that we develop a safe place as they reemerge from this terrorist threat which is been on their sugar also affected us here and elsewhere across the world. But crucially, and weve done a lot of work in this common helping those actually to gain evidence that can be used to ensure that anybody who is involved in the horrors of attacks that we see, anybody whos involved in horrors of attacks actually can be properly brought to justice. Jeremy corbyn. Thank you, mr. Speaker. On the question of the Sexual Harassment allegations of the Prime Minister quite rightly refer to, just to put on the record im happy to meet with the Prime Minister and all Party Leaders to discuss this. We need better protections for all in this house. This house must involve workplace trade unions and that, but its also incumbent on all parties to have robust procedures in place, to protect and support victims of sexual abuse and harassment. I join with the Prime Minister incident our solidarity to the people of new york and their mayor bill de blasio for the appalling terrorist attack that took place yesterday. I hope the whole house would join him in paying tribute to the two former labour colleagues who sadly passed away this week. The member from camborne and frank, the number of aberdeen north. Both did you notice could work at opposite ends of the uk to diligent represent their community and constituency. They will be sadly missed by all of us, particularly in the labour party who they serve so well for their entire lives. Mr. Speaker, in 2010 the Labour Government intervened through hmrc to shut down isle of man scheme used to import yachts into the European Union, and thus avoid tax. A similar scheme has recently been expos relating to the import of Business Jets into the isle of man. So can the Prime Minister assure the house that hmrc investigates these new allegations diligentl diligently . The right honorable gentleman has made an number of references and discretion and i will address all of them. On the first point, it is absolutely essential and he is right that we have processes that Political Parties have processes to do with allegations of misconduct, also that obviously we have miniscule code and proper investigations take place against the miniscule code where that is appropriate. But i believe it is also crucial for everybody working in this parliament, be the work you for a member of parliament, for the house authorities or a journalist working in this parliament, that there are proper processes in this parliament for people to be able to report misconduct. And for that to be dealt with. And i think that is very important and im grateful to him saying he will meet with me, and hope other Party Political leaders, i see the lid of the is and peace is nodding his at this point, to look at this particular issue. Can also join him in paying charitable frank and candy, frank was first elected in 1987 turkey served to served to separate terms as the mp for aberdeen. Shared the administration to me for five years emma was a tireless campaigner for safety in the oil and gas industry and im sure everybody will recall the commitment with which he served in this house and join in offering condolences to his family and friends. And candy of course was first elected in 1997 when i was first elected pic she served for eight years as a member of parliament but she was a strong campaigner for womens rights in this build issues and continue to champion those causes after she left this house. Once again im sure members across the house will join in offering my condolences to her family and friends. The right honorable gentleman talked then about tech support. I can assure him that where cases are referred to hmrc in relation to tax avoidance they do take them seriously, do look into those matters seriously. We have taken action collectively as a government over the last few years since 2010 when he first came in and we secured almost 160 billion pounds an additional compliance revenue since 2010 through a number of measures that weve taken to ensure we clamp down on tax evasion and avoidance. Mr. Speaker, 957 Business Jets in the isle of man seems a bit excessive for any island anywhere, and i hope it is investigated and do tax is collected from those people that are trying to avoid it. Estimates of the skill of tax dodging range from 34 billion, which is around the size of our schools budget, to 119 billion, which is a is the size of the nhs budget. The isle of man avoidance allegations are part of a wider leak from the bermudabased law firm, said to be on a similar scale to the Panama Papers. Will the Prime Minister commit the hmrc to fully investigate all evidence of uk tax avoidance and evasion from this leak, prosecute where feasible . I had given the that audible general assurance in my first answer that hmrc does take these issues very seriously, does investigate and does take action and where appropriate tax loopholes are closed. What is important is that if we look at the record that we have we seek him i mention the 160 billion of of additional compliance revenues since 2010. Weve announced over 75 measures since 2010 to tackle tax avoidance and evasion. Right honorable gentleman wanted done by the Labour Government. We have been continuing to act on this particular issue so we will be raising billions of pounds more as a result of that. I think most people would recognize hlr mc does rather want to collect tax hmrc. Thats its job and does look to make sure it does so as much as possible. Well, mr. Speaker, its rather strange been that britain reportedly has blocked a french led proposal which would replaced bermuda of the European Union tech save and blacklist or Prime Minister could explain why that would be the case . The Panama Papers exposed many wealthy individuals and big businesses avoid attacks to offshore trusts. Labour backed any necessary changes to toughen our laws against aggressive tax avoidance. And just yesterday, mr. Speaker, just yesterday we try to strengthen legislation on Beneficial Ownership of trust with amendments we placed the finance bill. Why did the government vote against them . Can i say to the right honorable gentleman that he raises the issue of in fact, this government has taken action in relation to that come action that was that taken by the previous Labour Government. So this is, if he says to me that the sole question of tax evasion is something that needs to be constantly looked at, i government needs to be prepared to act, my answer is yes, we are and we will. Mr. Speaker, its a strange kind of pattern here because in 2015 alone, in 2015 alone, conservative members of the European Parliament voted against five reports to introduce methods of fighting tax avoidance and evasion. And last week hmrc admitted to Multinational Companies avoid paying 5. 8 billion taxes in 2016. And despite this, hmrc is currently cutting another 8000 staff. So can the Prime Minister assure the house that in the upcoming budget, instead of more cuts to hmrc they would get more resources to tackle the scourge of aggressive tax avoidance and evasion . I have reassured the right honorable gentleman that hmrc is acting, has been acting, since his concert conservative partyn come in 2010 and will continue to act. But, of course, the right honorable gentleman in asking these questions might want to reflect on why it was before the dissolution of Parliament Earlier this year it was the labour party that stopped and refused to support tax avoidance and at the tax avoidance brought forward by this government. His party stopped it. [shouting] mr. Speaker, my question was why [shouting] conservative mps opposed what was [shouting] well, mr. Speaker [shouting] last month European Parliament inquiry set up in the wake of the Panama Papers claimed the uk is obstructing the fight against tax dodging and moneylaundering. And just last week the eu competition commissioner announced an inquiry into uk taxation rules that may have institutionalized tax avoidance by multinational corporations. Isnt the Prime Minister concern vital revenue is being lost to fund schools and hospitals . Will she changed the rules in the budget . Cant i say to the right honorable gentleman, we have taken extra 160 billion pounds an additional compliance revenue since 2010. And he says, he comments on measures that were being proposed this week. As i sit in my previous answer, we wouldve had more tax evasion, at the tax evasion measures in place at the labour party have not blocked them before the last election. This party and government has been not just acting in the uk, weve been working with the crown dependencies, working with the british overseas territories, and we been leading the world it was a conservative Prime Minister [shouting] it was a conservative Prime Minister who put this on the agenda of the g7 and the g20 for International Action against tax avoidance and evasion. [shouting] mr. Speaker, if we are leading the world, perhaps she could explain how the amount of tax paid by the superrich in income tax has fallen from 4. 4 billion, to 3. 5 billion since 2009. Earlier this year the Public Accounts Committee said the hmrc record of getting multimillionaires to pay the taxes was, and i quote, dismal, and that the superrich were getting help with their tax affairs that is not available to other taxpayers. Our schools budget being cut. More people waiting longer for treatment. [shouting] more people order. We do tend to have large over excitement and weak but i just give notice for those of you commissions are like to get to the end of the order paper to facilitate backbench inquires as well. Some members are eating only into their own time, all the time in the world. Jeremy corbyn. Mr. Speaker, since members of physical excited i must say it again. Our budgets are being cut. [shouting] more people waiting longer for treatment of the National Health service. More elderly and disabled not getting the social care they need. Does the Prime Minister think it is acceptable that when it comes to paying taxes, there is one rule for the superrich, and another for the rest of us . The top 1 of earners in this country are paying 28 of the tax burden. That is of the highest percentage ever under any government. [shouting] and once again the right honorable gentleman is wrong. Over the next two years, 2. 5 billion pounds extra is being put into our schools, as a result of decisions taken by this conservative government. But i will tell him, he talks about spending on schools and hospitals, ill tell him where the real problem lies. Today we stand nearly 50 billion interest to those we have borrowed from as a result of the legacy of the labour party. [shouting] that is more than we spend on the nhs. It is more than was we spin onr order. The Prime Ministers answer will be heard as indicated on the question from right honorable gentleman lead of the opposite would be heard. You are a senior denizen of the house. Any extra gesticulation is not good for you. Calm yourself, man. We spend 50. Pounds on debt interest every year, payments to people we borrow, more than ns pavo, more than our school budget, more than we spin on defense but thats a result of the economy we were left by the labour party government. [shouting] and what does the right honorable gentleman want to do . He wants to borrow 500 billion pounds more that would make the situation worse and make even less money for hospitals. [shouting] mr. Speaker, on august 22, 2015 in my constituency, 11 and tragically lost their lives in the disaster. Over 26 months later no decision has been taken on criminal charges at the inquest has been delayed again into november of next year. The families of the victim have just had the application for exceptional case funding rejected, and it would likely be the only person at the inquest not legally represented. Will my right honorable friend agree to look at this case again and to meet the family to ensure that they a proper access to justice and is exceptionally tragic case which has a much wider Public Interest for the safety of all . Can i say to my friend erases every important issue and i can fully understand the concern of the families in relation to the sticky talks about the timetable for decisions be taken. Department of transport has accepted the Accident Investigation Branch recommendation and independent review and they are working with the branch to determine the exact scope of the review. Civil Aviation Authority have accepted all recommendations so there is considerable work going on to learn the lessons from this disaster but we are also committed to ensuring that people, where there is a public disaster that people do have, are able to have proper representation of an issue that i would ask the lord chance to look at. Thank you, mr. Speaker. An associate myself with remarks made by the Prime Minister when she talked about the zerotolerance about Sexual Practices . I commit my members to work with the government to make sure that we can have a system we can be proud of that will protect all members of the house of parliament. Can also pass of my condolenceo the family and friends of frank for his untimely and sad death this week . Mr. Speaker, can the Prime Minister tell the house how much a working single parent can expect to lose because of the rollout of universal credits . Cant i first of all say to the honorable gentleman that im grateful to them for agreeing he wants to work across the house on the important issue. If i may just say, he referred to Sexual Misconduct. I think what is important is actually that any process put in place dont just look at Sexual Misconduct a look at issues like bullying as well. I think that is also important. Hes raised the role of universal credit with me before, as he knows the reason why we fought to put in place universal grid is to ensure that when people come the people are encouraged into the workplace and whether in the workplace they are able to keep more of the money that they are. I believe thats important and its what were doing and we will continue with what we are doing. Mr. Speaker, the reality is Research Shows working so people can use to actually lose an average of 1000 to 50 pounds per year because of the work cut to work lunches. Due to universal credit, is fast becoming theresa mays quarter. The Prime Minister has happened of moshe you turn one more time and six the problem with universal credits . I say to the animal gentleman ive underlined the principal behind unified grid which i i believe is an important one and that his wife when we look at the support given to people it isnt just about support the receipt in financial terms on universal credit. Its also about support the receiving to help them get into the workplace, to ensure that they can actually meet the requirements of getting into the workplace and that winter in the workplace they can keep more of the money that they earn. I think that is an important principle in well continue to want universal credit, looking carefully at the limitation of universal credit and we do so because were doing this in a careful way over a period of time but important principle is universal credit is a simple system but interest people keep more as they earn more. Mr. Speaker, we are acutely aware that infrastructure is vital for economic success, particularly of other parts of the country. However, we still of areas that you have access to highspeed broadband, and with the advent of electric vehicles were going to need to install an extensive charging network. Could be Prime Minister tell me what further action the government can take to ensure the timely completion of our broadband infrastructure . And what he can do to guarantee the rapid rollout of electric vehicle charging points so buckingham sure residents and businesses cannot just bear the brunt of burden of Infrastructure Development i can take advantage of the opportunity offered by modern technology . My right honorable friend is right that we want to be able to take advantages of modern technology. Thats why these are issues that been addressed in our industrial strategy and will continue to be addressed, and would recognize when we talk of infrastructure as inclusive the i. T. Infrastructure, broadband in for such as part of the pickets not just the roads and rails infrastructure. We are investing 790 million in improving broadband. That takes Public Investment of 1. 7 billion and weve also, we are leading the world in the development of electric cars and we need to ensure we have those vehicle charging points pixel you put in place and are putting in place policy measures to ensure we see those charging points of people can take advantage of those. Thank you, mr. Speaker. [inaudible] on the National Minimum wage of three pounds. Its important we have the National Living wage. It was this party and government that it is the National Living wage that has important impacts on people and obviously the National Living wage continue to increase. Thank you, mr. Speaker. Will the Prime Minister join the local Government Measure positive comments this week, development ambushing courage are actually conservative mass and telstra champions within so improve the lives of children, including the most vulnerable children, by strengthening their family . I think my right honorable friend for raising this point, and i think we all recognize the value of a stable and Strong Families and this is an issue on which she has championed through her time in this house but also outside of this house as well. And im happy to join her in welcoming the development of family hubs and i will certainly encourage conservative councils across the country to be champions of those hubs. Thank you, mr. Speaker. Is the Prime Minister fully aware my great city has been reported in the news last week . And launched a culture bed. [inaudible] pharmaceutical innovation and wall street journal norwest listed it as when the top ten places to visit. Making it and i quote scotlands coolest city. So wouldnt it be great if the Prime Minister can finally tell the innovative, the creative and the cool people of dundee and the sounding very what precisely is uk government state for delivering its fuel . I couldnt hear the end of think what is important the honorable gentleman is, and he come he stands up and speaks greatly about his city of dundee. Of course you recall i was asked about the dundee city culture last week and made the point but, of course, a number of places across uk but on the creative into someplace to see the development of dna into dso. It would be an important city deal of dundee and the whole area and other city just in scotland have been for those with those of an agreed. [inaudible] who want to see preserved and enhance. Does my right honorable friend agree with me that local nhs managers are coming formulating the draft must listen recovery to the voices of my constituents anothers, and assure any proposals can truly command local support . My honorable friend again raises an important issue because we are very clear that the proposal should be developed at a local level and local clinicians that take into account of and listening to the use of local residents and local constituents of those particular matters. I think its important local people are heard and can no this is been taken in light of any concerns that they raise. I understand in a proposal for urgent care develop will, in fact, be subject to full Public Consultation in due course. Thank you very much, mr. Spe. The government toward ratifying the convention [inaudible] after five years hopefully they wont have to wait long for application. However, women fleeing Domestic Violence [inaudible] was she commit to longterm sustainable funding to secure all women have some safe place to go when fleeing violence . Can i say to the honorable gentleman that over the past few years both when i was home secretary and under my right honorable friend the current home secretary with taken steps in relation to certain funding related to Domestic Violence, but that funding is over free to time so they can a greater certainty for organizations working in this area. There is much for us to do because, sadly, we still see Domestic Violence taking place to what is one of the other steps are taking is bring new legislation relations to Domestic Violence which i hope will clarify situations but we need to address this across a wide variety of action. Thank you, mr. Speaker. How we treat our farm animals is an indication of our civility as a nation. And we in this country have record for which we can be rightly proud. Does my right honorable friend therefore share my concern that there been reports that as result of leaving the European Union the media relaxation of the standards . And she take this opportunity to reassure me that that is not the case of that, in fact, will seize the opportunity to improve standards and thereby enhance the reputation of british projects . I can assure my friend my concern, first i can agree with him were proud to some of the highest and will offer stands in the world and we want to continue to be able to have that reputation as a country where we have those high standards. So leaving the European Union is not going to change that. We remain committed to high and low for standards and, indeed, as he says that it will give us an opportune to enhance the standards so we can further show people the reputation this country has at somewhere where they can be safe and secure with the knowledge of the conditions in which their food has been prepared. Thank you, mr. Speaker. The Prime Minister will be aware that 4 million children in our country are growing up in poverty at that number has risen. Twothirds of those children are from working families. Does she still seriously believe that the introduction of universal credit will bring that number down . Im pleased to see the number of children has come down under this government. But, of course, we need to be aware of the impacts of the decision with. When looking carefully at the limitation of universal credit but but i continue and never repeat the point i made in response to the question from the leader of the snp which is the point of universal credit is more straightforward, a simpler system, but also, also it helps people to get into the workplace and ensures that as they keep more of the money they earn anything that is important. Thank you, mr. Speaker. This government and National Strategy makes a commitment for a Fair Distribution of Infrastructure Spending across the region. Our roads, railways and Digital Networks in advance of the white paper, with my right honorable friend confirm his commitment to rebalancing our economy by more investment spending in the regions, not least, mr. Speaker, in yorkshire. Well, my right honorable friend stands up well for his constituency on this matter but im very happy to confronting them that we will maintain that commitment in our forthcoming and ocean strategy white paper as we do want to see a more Fair Distribution of Infrastructure Spending across the country. We want that because we know Infrastructure Investment is important to unlocking Economic Opportunity and Economic Growth and productivity in our towns, villages and our cities. We of course back this with ambitious 50 over the next four years but i can assure him will be looking at infrastructures been across the whole country. I want to thank the Prime Minister for opening words about horrific revelations this week but can i say to with the three years ago i brought evidence to her in this house that went sedges information about sexual abuse to demand loyalty from mps . I brought my information to her in this house and i wonder at the time that unless real action was taken we rest repeating those injustices again today. On three occasions i asked her to act, and on three occasions she did that. So can i asked her, in this of all weeks, for the fourth time will she finally take concrete action to tackle this . I will of course look back at the questions the honorable lady has said that she raised with me in this house. I assume she raise this with me when i was home secretary. I will say to her that i am very clear that, i i hope this goesr all offices across this house, should make clear to people that where there are any sexual abuse allegations they could be of a criminal nature that people should go to the police. It is not appropriate for those to be dealt with by offices. So should go to the police. That continues to be the case. As i said i will look at the questions she raised with me but i am very clear that we would hate take action against those where there are allegations that we see in the evidence is there, that there has been misconduct. But can i just say to the honorable lady i hope we will all send a message this house today that we want people in this place to be able to feel confident to bring forward cases and we need to ensure company to ensure that those cases we need to ensure that those cases are dealt with in a way that people can have confidence on both sides that there will be properly investigated. That means i want to see a jurist process within this parliament some people feel they do not have to go to a Party Political process in order to have their allegations considered. Thank you, mr. Speaker. Try to like in city is home of the british army, and homes to many thousands of service men and women who are loyal and resolute and steadfast in their service to the crown. Will she agreed wiener very busy schedule allows to visit to me with servicemen and women and to thank them for their service . Well, canada first of all assure my honorable friend that we recognize that many women of our Armed Services served with great distinction and loyalty and we are all grateful to them for the service they get to this country. And thats why were committed to maintaining 2 of our gdp being spent on defense. He very claim kindly invited me to visit his constituents and be very happy to do so if my diary allows. A few days ago the chancellor told the house the government could not support to borrow 50 billion pounds to invest in housing because of the burden on the next generation. The Community Secretary says the government must borrow 50,000,000,000 50 billion pounds because of the burden on the next generation of unAffordable Housing. Can she adjudicate . I have to say to the right uncle jim and theres no need to adjudicate on this matter. They government absolutely agrees that its necessary for us to ensure that were building more homes across this country. That we finally formally annoud policies to enable that happened if we had a number of proposals that were set up in the house and white paper. We were very pleased to announce the extra to bring pounds for Affordable Housing at our march conference and extra 10 billion pounds in the help device scheme to help people get the first foot on the housing ladder. We are seeing more houses built undiscovered and will continue to see more houses being built under this government. Thank you, mr. Speaker. Earlier this week, in my constituency and horrific farmhouse claimed the lives of a father and five young children. This has had a a devastating effect of just on the family but on the community that surrounds it. Would my right honorable friend join me and, indeed, this house in sending our sympathies to the family of the bereaved and also the villages in that town . Praising destiny work of our Emergency Services who have dealt with this appalling tragedy with true dedication and professionalism. Here, here. Well, can i say to my right honorable friend that he is race what i know is a very tragic case and ensure everybody across this whole house want to join with him in sending condolences to the family and friends of those affected by the fire. This was indeed a terrible tragedy that took place, and as he said it isnt just the families themselves have been affected, the local community, and i know the Emergency Services did sterling work and am also place to commend the work that they did in their bravery and can officials in india with this issue. The secretary of state has spoken to the police and they will remain in touch over the the coming days, but once again our Emergency Services do an amazing job protecting. We see this in many instances. I never know when to be called out to such a tragic incident. With todays news that the Electoral Commission is investigating our banks, remain our financial backer for brexit along with a significant british connections being uncovered by the American Justice Department special Counsel Robert Mueller investigating russian interference in the u. S. President ial election, will she assured me the uk government and all its agencies are cooperating fully the Robert Mueller investigation, or will do so if asked . I will say to the right honorable tillman that we take very seriously issues of russian intervention are russian attempts to intervene in electoral processes or in the democratic processes of any country and we would do so for any of the states that were involved in trying to intervene intellectually we do of course work closer with our United States parties and i can assure you as part of that relationship we do cooperate with them when required. Thank you, mr. Speaker. Last month i was in the kurdistan region and i so a fresh dialogue with baghdad. The subsequent military actions against the peshmerga by iraniag backed militia and iraqi army are wholly unjust and completely unacceptable. Will the Prime Minister except at the peshmerga and the kurdistan region to whom we owe so much both for resisting daesh with iraqi army ran and for helping to keep her own streets safe remain vital to our security and can she do all she can to encourage a resolution race on full respect for the iraqi constitution and the democratic world for the Kurdish People . Can i i say to my honorable friend that we are working and its what were what with their International Partners in the region to defeat daesh together with the global coalition. Daesh is losing territory. The action being taken is having an impact on it. Its finest of inhibit its leadership been killed and his fighters are demoralized but would you want to see political reconciliation in iraq and political settlement in the syria conflict to deny daesh safe haven. He raises a particular point in relation to iraq and to the kurdistan region. Can i say to them we have always been clear that any political process towards independence should be agreed with the government of iraq . We want to see political reconciliation in iraq and weve been urging all parties to promote calm, to pursue dialogue and to take this issue forward through dialogue. An hour ago the government publish this report, the patronizing disposition of unaccountable power. Its the report right reference james jones which the Prime Minister herself as commission to ensure the painandsuffering of the family is not repeated. But mr. Speaker, given what weve heard in this session and given the events surrounding the tower disaster, i think, i worry that the suffering is already being repeated. So can the Prime Minister commit her government to sporting both a duty of hand or for all Public Officials and as this report requires, and ended to public bodies spending limitless funds confronting himself with representation which surpasses that available to families . Obviously the house will appreciate, i have to be careful what i i say relation to the ie because of the ongoing criminal proceedings but i do want to pay tribute to the work of james jones picked up the time his work in chairing the panic of the work he did as my advise on this issue in working with the family forum, i think he has done an excellent job in once again his report into the experience of those sums which is being published today as the honorable lady says is important and again when they do look very carefully at i think 25. 70 that come out of it and we want to do so. Ive always been very clear that the experience they had should not be repeated. Thats why we have looked and were committed to the concept of the public because want to ensure that people have the support that they need, and its important we learn the lessons. I was fishing is involved in making the decision of the naval the family to have Legal Support on a basis that i felt was fair in relation to the other parties involved in the inquest. I can assure her that we will not forget those families who have been dignified throughout the many years that theyve been waiting for justice. We will not forget them. We will not forget that the experience and we will ensure that we learn from that and learn from that to improve the experience of others in the future. Thank you very much, mr. Spe. May i i cheekily make another diary suggestion to the Prime Minister . If she could remain in the chamber for just a few moments after question, she will hear my right honorable friend from newbury introduce his Armed Forces Statute of limitations bill which will provide protection to those brave Service Personnel who served in Northern Ireland. Like her, i, too, and im sure the whole house want to see the setting up of the Northern Ireland executive. But which she agree with me we cannot do that at the price of pandering and allowing a witchhunt for those people who served so bravely for so many years to uphold the rule of law . Im not sure im going to be able to satisfy on the first point to raise but i can assure him unaware of the proposed legislation that my right honorable friend the member is bringing forward. We all want to see and organize executive restored. We do recognize that this question of legacy issues is one that is been throughout the discussions and continues in Northern Ireland. What i want to ensure is that any investigations that take place in the future take place in a fair and proportionate way. Because our soldiers did face those brave as my honorable friend says in upholding the rule of law. But what is important is we should never forget all those people who lost their lives at the hand of the terrorists in Northern Ireland kick and it is important as they say that any investigations are conducted fairly and proportionally. Exercising their muscles and there is the harm in that. Thank you, mr. Speaker. As the trench will be aware, self employed people are not eligible for shared parental leave. This places the burden of childcare on the mom comes a dying father Financial Support and bonding time with the child. Has the Prime Minister seen the demand of the march of the mommies, can she give us assurances that she is prioritizing this very urgent issue . She raises an important issue and im happy to look at the point that has been made. I would simply also reminder of this. The reason we have shared parental leave for anybody in this country is because when i i was minister for women and the qualities i ensured that shared parental leave was introduced. Thank you, mr. It is a treaty ally of the United States. President moon i thought it was a good article. He came to power just a few months ago seeking more engagement with north korea. Unfortunately for him, President Trump was more oriented toward a more hardline approach. At the same time north korea has not been terribly interested in engagement with the south. They are seeking engagement with the United States. There is a difficult position for president moon to be in. Theas emphasized despite theological differences he and President Trump are on the same page or committed to maximizing pressure for now on north korea. There is certainly a wide gulf. President trump has criticized president moon publicly on twitter for his approach. President moon has expressed a lot of concern about unilateral American Military action. States saying the united should coordinate and consult with south korea before launching any sort of military attack against north korea. That is right now one of the main concerns in south korea, that the United States would either intentionally or unintentionally begin a conflict without consulting with south korea first. Reporterster briefing about what to expect from this trip and touching on whether the president s fire and fury rhetoric still stands. [video] reporter will he be meeting putin on the sidelines and will he be bringing up human rights . H. R. Mcmaster the president will use whatever length which he wants to use. What the president has done is clarify and all of his in all of this statements on north korea our determination to ensure north korea is unable to threaten our allies and partners and certainly the United States. He has done that with a great deal of clarity in the past and im sure he will do that during the trip as well. A great been reassurance to our allies and partners and others in the region who are literally under the gun of this regime. Reporter do you expect modulation in the language . H. R. Mcmaster i dont think the president modulates his language. Have you noticed him do that . He has been very clear about it. I have been aware of the discussions about his what is inflammatory is the north korean regime and what they are doing to threaten the world. Would be a great danger if the regime did not understand our resolve, the president s resolve to counter north korean aggression. And the president has made it very clear. Host what is your reaction . Guest i think they are speaking about the president s remarks in south korea. He will be addressing the south korean legislature, the national assembly. Its really an opportunity to explain and clarify the administrations approach towards north korea. I think general mcmaster is right. North korean actions and statements have been very inflammatory and problematic. The president is in a difficult position when it comes to north korea. This is not a crisis of his making. This has been a building crisis for decades. Especially for President Trump, it is coming due during hiS Administration. North koreans are closer to developing a Nuclear Capable icbm. It has been the policy of several administrations the u. S. Without accepting north korea capable of striking the United States with nuclear weapons. Ont i disagree with mcmaster is that the president S Administration has been clear in its approach to north korea. If you look at statements for the president and other senior officials, there have been various endorsements of diplomacy, criticisms of diplomacy, saying the United States seeks regime change in that it does not seek regime change. When he speaks with the national assembly, is a key opportunity for him to clarify his position and make the case for time running out and now, a conversation with sebastian broke up.
