A virtual meeting took place this week between Frank Del Rio, CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line; Arnold Donald, CEO of Carnival Corporation; and Richard D. Fain, CEO of Royal Caribbean, and the White House COVID response team.
The meeting follows weeks of intensive pressure on the CDC and the White House to release cruise lines from increasingly unworkable Conditional Sailing Order.
