Cross-border vaccine plan would need U.S. federal approval, MP says

Windsor—Tecumseh MP Irek Kusmierczyk says Ottawa isn't standing in the way of Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens' efforts to set up a makeshift COVID-19 vaccine clinic in the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, but any cross-border vaccine plan needs the blessing of the U.S. federal government.
