Police have arrested and charged Andy Patrick Gillett, 33, of Crooked Tree, Belize District, for the crimes of manslaughter by negligence, causing death by careless conduct, and driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention. This follows a fatal collision early on Saturday morning that claimed the life of fisherman Richard Crawford, 56, also of Crooked Tree.
