Build the Crooked Hammock brew team;
Oversee staffing decisions, orientation, performance management, training, safety and quality of the brewery operation collaborating with Director of Brewery Ops;
Train others to brew delicious beer;
Ensure team members have the right tools, knowledge and equipment required to do their jobs safely and effectively;
Make employment and termination decisions including interviewing, hiring, evaluating and disciplining brewery personnel, as appropriate, and in accordance with Company policies, rules, and procedures, collaborating with Director of Brewery Ops;
Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis;
Live the brand and be a brand ambassador.
