Crisis of Care: Inside Rhode Island's Health Care Staffing Shortage

The world will be short 15 million health workers by 2030, the World Health Organization estimates. The Association of American Medical Colleges says the Health care and social assistance represent the Rhode Island's largest employment sector with 76,600 workers, but a staff shortage is still plaguing the state.
