Crime and fire report: 4 vehicles cited and towed during DL snow emergency

During the most recent snow emergency on Feb. 22, 10 vehicle owners were warned to move their vehicles off the street due to a declared snow emergency. Six vehicles were moved and four vehicles were cited and towed at the owner's expense.
