GLOVERSVILLE — The Fulton County Center for Regional Growth is marketing the county in a national publication, the agency’s board of directors heard Friday.
“The Business Facilities Magazine came out,” Ken Adamczyk, CRG economic development specialist, told the board during his membership and marketing report.
Adamczyk said the magazine is a national site selectors’ periodical that goes out to hundreds of thousands of readers.
“We have this ad in the magazine,” he showed the board, as well as an article about the Tryon Technology Park in Perth.
Elsewhere in his report, Adamczyk mentioned a recent tour the CRG conducted at the Gloversville-Johnstown Wastewater Treatment Facility. The tour was with federal, state and local officials and was designed to showcase a need for infrastructure funding for such equipment as a thermal sludge dryer, he said.
