WOLCOTT — Police are looking for a crew that used a rope hooked to a vehicle to tear an ATM from the floor of Nutmeg Farms convenience store, 1520 Wolcott Road.
Surveillance footage shows a person exiting a vehicle and peering into the store through a window at about 1:55 a.m. Friday, according to police. The person got back into the vehicle and drove south on Wolcott Road toward Waterbury, police said.
Three minutes later, the vehicle returned and pulled up to the front door, police said. Three people got out, two of whom had pry bars, which they used to open the door.
