Craft beer festival brews up support for Elgin parks program scholarships

The Elgin Parks and Recreation Foundation is holding its 11th annual Illinois Brews @ Bowes Creek fundraiser Saturday at Bowes Creek Country Club. The local craft beer event supports the foundation's youth scholarship fund.
