CPI (M) youth face Aish Ghosh to watch three-way election fight against TMC, BJP rivals Jamuria of Coal Belt

One of the last remaining strongholds, Jasuria assembly constituency in Paschim Bardhaman’s coalfield, will witness a triangular fight between the CPI-M’s young face Aish Ghosh, JNU Students Union President, Trinamool coal miner Hareram Singh. BJP’s Tapas Roy in the vote held on Monday, April 26
Jamuria has so far participated in the last two Assembly elections in Trinamool, returning twice to CPI’s Jahanara Khan in the last two assembly elections.
This time the party decided to risk fielding Ayesha Ghosh, a student debutant from the constituency, in place of an experienced lawmaker.
