Cox, other GOP governors want Biden to tap the brakes on EV transition

Sixteen GOP governors, including Utah Gov. Spencer Cox, are urging President Joe Biden to ‘change course’ on his electric vehicle mandate which would require two out of three cars be battery electric by 2032.
