Cox Communications Inc. has agreed to pay roughly $460,000 in civil penalties to resolve U.S. Department of Justice allegations it posted "dozens of discriminatory job advertisements" that illegally excluded applicants based on their citizenship status, the Justice Department announced Thursday.
