Everyone over 50 or with an underlying health condition should have been vaccinated by mid April.
Now, the rest of the population is to be offered vaccines.
In most cases, this is younger people who are at a far lower risk - yet their lives have been also been affected by lockdowns and restrictions.
BBC Scotland has spoken to some of those in the lower risk groups about living under restrictions.
