COVID, CNBC interview inspired couple to pursue suburbs' first Chicken Salad Chick franchise

St. Charles residents Kim and Garrett Seaman are the franchise owners of a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant opening Tuesday in Batavia. It will be the national chain's northern-most restaurant and its first in the Chicago area.
