In his message during the Symbolic Vaccination at Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital Monday, National Action Plan Against COVID-19 Deputy Chief Implementer and Bases Conversion and Development Authority President Vince Dizon said that we have seen during this pandemic the faces of fear, uncertainties and fatigue of healthcare workers but was replaced with faces of hope upon the arrival of the vaccines.
“Even though they are wearing their masks, I know that they are smiling. Whatever setbacks may pass by, we will come to the point that we will smile, and hope will erase the fears in our faces. We are here now,” he pointed out.
