COVID-19: Uttarakhand HC Asks EC if Virtual Rallies and Online Voting Are Viable

The court raised these questions while hearing a PIL on Wednesday seeking postponement of the upcoming assembly polls in the state in view of the rising COVID-19 cases and the highly infectious omicron variant.
