WELL, IT’S 8 11 AND MORE THAN 115,000 PEOPLE IN KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI ARE NOW FULLY VACCINATED ALMOST 34% OF KANSAS CITY AND HAVE RECEIVED A FIRST DOSE OF THE VACCINE. WELL THE PAUSE ON THE JOHNSON & JOHNSON VACCINES THE MAIN REASON WHY NEXT WEEK’S VACCINATION EVENT AT ARROWHEAD STADIUM WAS CANCELED. THIS IS FROM THE JACKSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT ORGANIZERS CONSIDERED USING THE PFIZER OR MODERNA VACCINE. BUT WE’RE TOLD THAT ARROWHEAD WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR FOLLOW-UP DOSES WAS VACCINE DEMAND BEGINS TO SLOW JACKSON COUNTY WILL NOW FOCUS ON MORE MORE AND SMALLER CLINICS. IT’S BRINGING THE VACCINE TO PEOPLE WHERE THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO NO POTENTIAL BARRIERS TO THEM, YOU KNOW RECEIVING THE VACCINE. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE STATE WILL HOLD ANOTHER VACCINATION EVENT AT ARROWHEAD SOMETIME IN THE FUTURE. WHILE THE JACKSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS HOLDING A COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC TODAY IN LEE’S SUMMIT. IT’S AT THE JOHN KNOX VILLAGE PAVILION. IT RUNS FROM 9:30 UNTIL 3:30.
