COVID-19: India reports 19,673 fresh cases in last 24 hours, active cases at 1,43,676

COVID-19: A decrease of 292 cases has been recorded in the active COVID-19 caseload in a span of 24 hours. The active cases comprise 0.33 per cent of the total infections, the health ministry said.
