COVID-19 cases rise by 48 in Waterloo region Wednesday

There are a total of 312 active cases of COVID-19 in the region of Waterloo. The public health unit also advised of two new outbreaks: one in a stroke unit at Grand River Hospital and one at a construction worksite.
