COVID-19 cases at University of Michigan trending downward, officials say

ANN ARBOR, MI – COVID-19 cases related to University of Michigan students are continuing to decrease, officials report.
The university reported 45 student cases for the week of Feb. 28 and 151 positive tests in the last 14 days, according to its COVID-19 dashboard. Cases have significantly decreased since the week of Feb. 7, when the university had 365 cases in one week after a two-week stay-in-place recommendation had expired for all UM students.
