The provincial total has now reached 40,177 cases, including 37,163 total recoveries and 2,538 cases considered active.
The province has reported 245 new cases and 221 recoveries today with one new death reported in the 60 to 69 age group in the Far North West zone.
The new cases are located in northern Saskatchewan the Far North West (10), North West (17), North Central (nine), and North East (one) zones. Two cases with pending residence information have been assigned to the North West (one) and Regina (one) zones.

There are 187 people in hospital. One hundred and forty-two (142) people are receiving inpatient care: Far North East (one), North West (six), North Central (seven), Saskatoon (52), Central East (six), Regina (58), South West (one), South Central (four) and South East (seven). Forty-five people are in intensive care: North West (two), North Central (two), Saskatoon (11), Central East (three) and Regina (27).
