AURANGABAD: Women cooks, who cook and live in a marriage hall kitchen in Aurangabad, have been badly affected by the Maharashtra government’s new order that limits the time and number of people attending wedding programs in the wake of the COVID-19 boom. .
These women say that they are looking towards a dark future as they are now getting hardly any food orders from the wedding caterers and are unable to meet their daily needs.
He has now appealed to the government to provide him financial assistance.
Hirabai Pawar (60), who has been in the profession here for the last four decades and lives with her daughter-in-law and granddaughter, told PTI that she had never experienced such a crisis in her life.
