Courts | Sentencing for 2021 murder delayed, defense considering asking for retrial

R.J. Leohner, the attorney for Shaun McMahon said he had only received the probation report on Monday and did not have time to discuss it with his client or file a mitigation statement. Judge Timothy Canning granted the request, but not lightly.
