Court rejects Utah's attempt to stop new EPA air pollution rule

The EPA’s “good neighbor” rule claims pollution from Utah coal plants impact Colorado air quality, and enforced new pollution regulations to combat ozone. Utah Gov. Spencer Cox called the Biden administration’s rule a power grab, and sued the EPA.
