Court rejects Obasanjo's request to relist N1 billion defamation suit against Punch

"The claimant is clearly under a mistaken belief that this suit already dismissed can fall under the category of a struck-out suit," the court said of Mr Obasanjo's request for relisting of N1 billion defamation suit against Punch.
