Court directs jail authorities to produce gangster Vijay Mann through VC after he alleges conspiracy to kill

Delhi's Patiala House Court on Wednesday directed the jail authorities to produce Gangster Vijay Mann of Gogi Gang before the court through video conferencing after he alleged there was a conspiracy to kill him.
