Court denies requests from former OPD officer, police fundraiser to be released from jail

The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday affirmed earlier decisions by Nebraska judges to hold police fundraiser Jack Olson and former Omaha Police Department officer Richard Gonzalez in custody.
