The Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja on Thursday adjourned a N3.1billion money laundering case instituted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against a former governor of Benue State, Gabriel Suswam to 8th of May, 2024.   This was disclosed in a circular issued by the anti-graft agency which SaharaReporters obtained, stating that the adjournment was pronounced by Justice Peter Lifu.
