Couple faces loss as Golden Fire consumes their property

The Golden Fire continues to grow. Yesterday afternoon it was 200 acres and strong winds pushed the burn over 2,000 acres. Despite firefighting efforts, the fire remains uncontained and a couple returning home from a birthday celebration found their property “wiped out.”
