Country Garden sells stake in Dalian Wanda's shopping mall manager for US$428 million to fix offshore debt default

Country Garden is selling another piece of its assets to repay offshore creditors. The stake in Zhuhai Wanda will generate US$428 million for the cash-strapped developer by March 2024.
