A Sarnia city councillor who’s been asking questions about harassment allegations dogging the border city’s police force has now lodged a formal complaint against its chief.
A conduct complaint about Sarnia Chief Norm Hansen was filed earlier this month with the Office of the Independent Police Review Director, a civilian oversight agency that investigates public complaints about police, by Coun. Nathan Colquhoun, documents obtained by The Observer confirmed.
