Council workers stumble on decomposing body of Hongli Qi, at Blaxlands Ridge Sydney

Hongli Qi, who had a criminal history of drug supply, was found dead in bushland at Blaxlands Ridge on the northwestern outskirts of Sydney - 80km from where he was last seen on CCTV.
