Permits have been issued for the Kisan Townhomes, also on Edmonds Way. It will include 18 units in four different buildings.
The location for the Kisan Townhomes is this address not far from Westgate Chapel.
The Apollo Apartments would include 251 units proposed for the 23600 block of Highway 99, the current location of the Sunset Building.
The Sunset Building
Westgate Station is a mixed-use project, residential over commercial, with 20 units. It would be located at the address that is currently a vacant lot near the Kwick N Kleen Car Wash.
