It’s back to the drawing board for Strathcona County’s next major development destined to be home for more than 12,000 residents.
During the latest Tuesday, April 27 council meeting, elected officials debated for two hours over proposed changes for the Cambrian Crossing Area Structure Plan (ASP). The area in question is situated just north of the Yellowhead Highway and Sherwood Park, south of Township Road 534 and between Range Road 232 and Highway 21.
