Council OK's plan for city to purchase Clarksville Speedway, paving way for Hazelwood Recreation Complex

The City Council has paved the way for the city to purchase the Clarksville Speedway. The council approved an ordinance Thursday that allows the city to enter into an agreement for purchase of the property at 1600 Needmore Road.
