LEBANON BOROUGH – The borough's Planning Board will hold a special meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday to continue hearing a plan to build a 280-unit apartment complex between Route 22 and Interstate 78 that is the centerpiece of the borough's affordable housing court settlement.
Lebanon Town Center, to be built on Corporate Drive, will have 56 affordable housing units. The entire project, east of the Courtyard by Marriott, will have four three- to four-story buildings with parking underneath. The site is near the intersection of Cokesbury Road and Route 78.
