Despite the wet and dreary weather Sunday, Burlingtonians came together to help their neighbors in need. Participants and volunteers for the 35th annual COTS Walk gathered at Battery Park before making their way through Burlington to raise awareness and money for the city’s homeless population. Proceeds from the 3.6 mile walk through Burlington helps COTS, Vermont’s largest homeless service provider, continue to provide emergency shelter for unhoused Vermonters, and housing navigator services to help people find permanent and affordable housing.
