Costumed kids and pets parade down Washington Avenue, and dogs strut their stuff at pet show

Dozens of costumed pets and kids paraded down Washington Avenue in Detroit Lakes as part of the 86th Northwest Water Carnival on July 16. Dogs also showed-off their skills to junior royalty judges at the subsequent pet show in City Park.
