Corrib gas field operator Vermillion's windfall tax challenge to be fast-tracked by court

A High Court challenge by the operator of the Corrib gas field off the Mayo coast over the windfall gains tax on the energy sector will be considered for entry to the fast-track commercial division of the court later this week.
