Coroner rules West Penn Twp. business owner's death a homicide after police charge Scranton man for purposely running him over with dump truck

The death of a Schuylkill County business owner run over and killed Wednesday by a dump truck was ruled a homicide Friday by Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
