AMAZON are stepping up their safety measures after an unspecified number of workers tested positive for COVID-19 at their fulfilment centre in Dunfermline.
The company confirmed yesterday (Wednesday) that some staff are self-isolating and they're doing all they can to limit any spread of the virus.
A member of staff, who asked to remain anonymous, contacted the Press at the weekend and claimed "at least six workers in the last few days have tested positive".
They added: "I'm sure NHS Fife will confirm this. I haven't heard or seen anything mentioned about it so wonder if it's being kept quiet."
