On Tripoliâs outskirts, Badreddine al-Najjar, head of Libyaâs Centre for Disease Control, said, âThe national vaccination campaign against Covid-19 has been launched at the CDC headquarters.â

Dbeibah urged fellow citizens to register online for their vaccinations.
He has earmarked the countryâs jab campaign as a policy priority, alleging vaccine delivery was hindered by outgoing authorities.
âThe arrival of vaccines has been delayed by political, not financial, considerations,â he said.
