Coronation Street's Patti Clare shocks viewers with her VERY glamorous transformation on The Chase

During the quiz, Patti went up against Shaun ‘The Dark Destroyer’ Wallace and managed to bag an impressive £3,000 for charity.
However soap fans were taken aback by her appearance and shared their excitement about the unexpected look on Twitter.

One person penned: 'Mary Taylor scrubs up well!' 
While another added: 'Almost didn't recognise her. Looks slimmer as well.'

Mary’s character left the famous street in 2009 but returned to Weatherfield for the start of 2010.
