Cornwall and other Seaway Valley hospitals provide services update

Hospitals in the Seaway Valley are keeping the community updated with information about services, during what’s being called the third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Winchester District Memorial Hospital issued a news release earlier this week informing the public on the status of its services, and on Thursday, Cornwall Community Hospital and Hopital Glengarry Memorial Hospital provided this newspaper with updates.

All are encouraging residents who have a medical emergency to go to the closest hospital— that even as inpatient and other services are being juggled around to manage the increase in COVID-19 cases, their facilities are still able to deal with incoming urgent medical needs.
