Corn industry leaders argue to boost Nebraska 'checkoff' fee

The Legislature’s Agriculture Committee took testimony on Sumner state Sen. Teresa Ibach's Legislative Bill 1061, which would raise the 46-year-old program’s per-bushel fee for the first time in 12 years.
