Conwy county councillor who 'voted while driving' faces no further action

The Public Services Ombudsman for Wales launched an investigation but confirmed no further action would be taken as Cllr Andrew Wood "had not repeated the behaviour". He insisted "none of [his] actions were motoring offences".
