A Canadian terrorist who schemed to unleash a bloodbath on the New York City subway and Times Square is now accused of trying to kill one of his jail guards.
PennLive reports that Abdulrahman el Bahnasawy, 22, sneaked up behind guard Dale Franquet Jr., 51, around 6:15 a.m. on Dec. 7 armed with a “long shank.”

He then allegedly stabbed the guard twice, once in the neck and once in the eye, before being pepper-sprayed and subdued by another guard.
