In a move seen to make bill payments easier and more convenient for subscribers, leading fiber broadband provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. joins “Bills Pay PH” as the first participating telecom services biller and has adapted the national Quick Response (QR)  code standard - QR Ph - to make bill
