A construction company has been fined almost $1million after scaffolding collapsed and killed a teenage worker.
Sub-contractor Christopher Cassaniti had only just turned 18 a few days before the devastating incident at Sydney's Macquarie Park construction on April 1 2019.
Mr Cassaniti was crushed to death as the 30 metre scaffolding collapsed.
The teenager was trapped under the rubble for 20 minutes before dying from asphyxiation.

Construction company Ganellen were fined $900,000 at Sydney District Court on Thursday after pleading guilty to not complying with health and safety duties.
